Call (800) 841-6855 or (605) 934-2288 for your banking convenience. Then listen for directions to conduct your transactions, inquire on balances, make loan payments and more. Sign up today by calling the State Bank of Alcester at (605) 934-2500 to set up your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Then use this number to access Telephone Banking.

Bill Pay¹
Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills online. Save postage, the hassle of running to the post office or mailbox and the worry of whether your payments will arrive on time. You can set up one-time payments or schedule a payment to take place every week, two weeks, month, etc. to cover regular bills like telephone, cable, utilities and your credit cards.   You can also transfer funds to and from another bank1 and make person-to-person payments1. You must be a current Internet Banking customer to get Bill Pay.   To add Bill Pay, just click on “Bill Payments” within Internet Banking and complete the online enrollment form. Mobile Banking1
Enjoy the convenience of secure banking via your mobile phone via text, mobile browser or app. Check your balance and history with texting. E-statements allow you to receive your statements via e-mail. It’s secure, fast and FREE! Sign up today by downloading the form on our E-statements page and sending it to the bank or dropping it off at the bank.

Direct Deposit
Take advantage of direct deposit for your regular paycheck or government benefit payment. There’s no need to wait for a paper check and then find time to deposit it. Your money is deposited into your account and ready to use. With no check to get lost or stolen, your money is safer and easier to track. Sign up today by downloading the form and giving it to your employer.

Night Depository
The night depository allows anyone to drop off deposits after hours free of charge. Just put your deposit and a deposit slip in a sealed envelope and place it in the night depository located at the end of the drive up. If you are a business, you need to come in and sign a contract to get a key so you can drop off your bags. The bank does have locked bags that you can use for safekeeping of your cash. Drop off your bag to safely store it during the night and pick it up the next day.

Bank by Mail
Make deposits, loan payments, credit card payments and transfers from anywhere via mail. Just ask for our bank by mail packet.

Remote Deposit1
This is a service for our business customers. If you have no time to run to the bank or the bank is too far away to make a daily deposit, you can use our remote deposit system. You just scan the checks you’d like to deposit and a deposit slip using a scanner, which you can purchase from us. Then you can send your deposit to us electronically. Your funds are automatically credited to your account upon receipt.

Visa Pay By Phone
Visa’s Pay by Phone program allows you to make a payment to your credit card account over the telephone by calling into FIS’s Customer Service.  By providing checking account information to their live operators, you can expedite a payment and if approved by their cutoff, you can have the payment post the same day.  If you’re attempting to avoid late charges, this is a convenient alternative payment option because the $10 fee for the service is typically lower than the late fee imposed by our bank.

Calls processed with an approval prior to 5 p.m. (Eastern) Monday through Friday will post to your account the same day during the nightly cycle.  Payments processed after 5 p.m. (Eastern) on Monday through Friday will post on the next processing day.   Payments over the weekend will follow the schedule below:

Payments after 5 p.m. Friday through Saturday 5 p.m. will post on Sunday.
Payments after 5 p.m. Saturday through Monday 5 p.m. will post on Monday.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) serviced payment calls have no fee.
