The State Bank of Alcester is a locally-owned community bank and has been locally operated since 1919. We offer local decision-making and service, along with reinvestment in the community; but we have the technology and products/services of large, national banks. Our bank is deeply committed to its customers and the area. Our reputation as a high-quality financial services provider is truly a reflection of the talent of our people and the relationships they build with customers.

Our goal is to provide the products and services everybody wants and needs while providing the highest quality in customer service. We work hard to provide our customers with innovative and convenient products that allow them to access their accounts in a variety of methods, including visiting the bank, ATMs¹, Check Cards¹, Visa Credit Cards¹, telephone banking, banking by mail, e-statements, Internet Banking¹, Bill Pay¹ and Mobile Banking¹. We place a high emphasis on obtaining technology to reduce costs and enhance service to provide better value for our customers.

We encourage open employee communication and welcome customer feedback. We place the highest priority on helping you, the customer, with honesty, integrity and ethical behavior. We believe in community participation, both financially and through volunteerism. Our Community Reinvestment Act Performance rating has always been Superior or Outstanding, the two highest ratings a bank can receive.

We endeavor to make banking with us easy for our customers and thank the area and its residents for the support they have given us throughout the years. We look forward to serving you for many more years to come!
